• Minimum requirement of a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or a related field.
• Ph.D or Master's degree in electrical engineering or a related field is preferred.
• Strong analog/mixed-signal/electro-magnetic fundamentals are essential.
• Proficiency in simulation and modeling tools such as FEA (Comsol, ANSYS, Maxwell), MATLAB, Python, or SPICE is required.
• Hands-on experience with system-level design is necessary.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are needed.
• Solid teamwork and leadership skills are important.
