The Advanced Packaging Technology and Manufacturing (APTM) Yield Organization is seeking a Data Scientist focused on manufacturing data analysis, assembly yield modeling, and AI/ML system development. The role involves collaborating with yield analysts and business partners to address manufacturing yield issues and translate them into scalable solutions. The ideal candidate will develop proof of concepts for predictive yield models and define AI agents for data analytics use cases. This position requires strong communication skills and the ability to adapt to rapidly changing environments.

• Bachelor's degree with 6+ years of relevant experience or master's degree with 5+ years of relevant experience or PhD degree with 3+ years of relevant experience in Computer Science, Data Science, or any other Engineering discipline.
• 2+ years of experience with LLMs and autonomous AI system development using a multi-agent framework.
• 2+ years of experience applying AI/ML or agentic AI or deep learning/computer vision to high volume data.
• 2+ years of experience in Python programming for frontend and backend system pipeline development.

• Develop proof of concepts to demonstrate technical feasibility of predictive yield models and data analytics methodologies.
• Define and architect AI agents for yield modeling and manufacturing data analytics use cases.
• Work with yield analysts and business partners to understand manufacturing yield issues and translate them into system requirements.
