Job description

The Software Development Engineer (SDE) role in the Journey Management Team at Amazon's Customer Service Network Solutions focuses on building intelligent systems that enhance customer experience through AI and machine learning. The team aims to improve customer routing and match accuracy, ensuring issues are resolved efficiently. As part of a global Product and Technology team, the SDE will work collaboratively to innovate and deliver high-quality software solutions. Requirements

  • 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
  • 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture experience of new and existing systems
  • 1+ years of designing and developing large-scale, multi-tiered, multi-threaded, embedded or distributed software applications
  • 1+ years of Object Oriented Design experience
  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with experienced cross-disciplinary teams to design and bring innovative products to market.
  • Design and build technologies in a large, distributed computing environment.
  • Work in an agile environment to deliver high-quality software.
  • Participate in on-call rotation to support the services owned by the Software team.
  • Conduct peer code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to standards.
