Job description

The Strategy Associate for the Play and Developer Ecosystem at Google will work within a team that focuses on optimizing product execution and driving strategic initiatives. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 4 years of experience in management consulting, product management and strategy, or analytics in a technology company.
  • Experience working with and analyzing data.
  • Advanced degree or equivalent practical experience is preferred.
  • Experience managing multiple projects.
  • Experience working with product and engineering teams.
  • Experience with R, SQL, spreadsheets, or similar analytics tools.
  • Experience developing mobile applications.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Identify problems and issues across the organization and define or lead programs and processes to solve them.
  • Establish and lead operating processes and tools for effectively managing the organization and achieving goals.
  • Provide data-driven insights that support decision making and help define, land, and execute on key strategic priorities.
  • Structure and perform analyses in collaboration with other team members and cross-functional teams.
  • Conduct research to uncover critical insights that will lead to business recommendations.
  • Communicate findings using sound analytical insight and solid business judgment while influencing team members and executive management.
