Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience developing learning solutions in various formats.
- Experience with on-premises virtualization, hybrid cloud architectures, or Kubernetes cluster administration.
- Experience with private data center operations, edge computing, or air-gapped network security controls.
- Experience collaborating with technical subject-matter experts.
- Experience using generative AI tools to assist in the development of learning content.
Responsibilities
- Design and build multimodal, learner-centric training content leveraging the ADDIE instructional design framework.
- Develop expertise in Google Distributed Cloud solutions to drive effective customer training strategies.
- Partner cross-functionally with product management, hardware engineering, site operations, and security compliance.
