• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience developing learning solutions in various formats.
• Experience with on-premises virtualization, hybrid cloud architectures, or Kubernetes cluster administration.
• Experience with private data center operations, edge computing, or air-gapped network security controls.
• Experience collaborating with technical subject-matter experts.
• Experience using generative AI tools to assist in the development of learning content.
