Job description

The Project Manager role within Apple's Information Systems and Technology (IS&T) Mergers & Acquisitions team focuses on overseeing the planning, execution, and operational transition of M&A integration projects. This position requires collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of people and technology into Apple. The role demands a blend of business and technical acumen, as well as strong project management skills. The Project Manager will drive solutions to unique integration requirements while managing project timelines and resources.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of related M&A experience
  • Proven track record of managing technical activities on M&A integration projects in a global environment
  • Clear understanding of networking, e-mail, web server, DNS, and domain technologies
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent preferred
  • PMP or other project management certification is a plus
  • Exceptional problem solving and critical thinking skills
  • Excellent communication skills with an ability to articulate complex concepts to all levels of personnel
