• An Associate's degree, trade school certification, or equivalent practical experience in a related technical field.
• 9 years of electrical experience in an industrial or commercial environment.
• Ability to lift and move 50 lbs of equipment and work on platforms, ladders, and under raised floors.

• Drive efforts to test, validate, improve, and certify new processes and procedures for critical equipment operation.
• Lead compliance activities for data centers and analyze compliance results globally.
• Monitor data center systems operations and control site activities to minimize risk.
• Ensure sites are following facility, maintenance, and standard programs globally.
• Develop strategies to minimize operational costs and improve efficiency.
