The Sales Engineer, Ads role at Symbiosys.ai focuses on supporting the onboarding and growth of retailers and ad channels on the company's retail media SaaS platform. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical aptitude and project management skills, as well as experience in the advertising technology space. The role is based in the U.S., preferably in Ann Arbor, MI or New York, NY.
Requirements
- Typically 3 to 6+ years of experience in sales engineering, solutions engineering, or a closely related role.
- Experience supporting partner integrations, technical launches, or external SaaS implementations.
- Strong analytical skills to work with complex datasets and validate data quality.
- Detail-oriented project management skills to manage timelines, dependencies, and risks.
Responsibilities
- Support the end-to-end technical onboarding of retailers and ad channels.
- Act as a trusted technical partner by clarifying requirements and documenting decisions.
- Validate event tracking, data feeds, and campaign setup to ensure accurate launches.
- Troubleshoot integration questions related to APIs and data flows.
- Gather partner feedback and coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues.
