The Financial Services BCM Leader at EY is responsible for ensuring the resilience and reliability of client-facing services and technology capabilities. This role is part of the global Information Security organization, focusing on business continuity and disaster recovery programs. The leader will collaborate with client service teams and technology stakeholders to meet client expectations for continuity and recovery. This position emphasizes risk management and the execution of effective continuity strategies to support critical business needs.
Requirements
- 10+ years of relevant experience in IT, Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery, IT Risk Management, or similar roles.
- Experience leading cross-functional delivery without direct reporting authority.
- Strong collaboration skills across cultures, regions, and disciplines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Responsibilities
- Direct and partner with client service account teams to develop and maintain business continuity and disaster recovery programs.
- Identify gaps and risks that could impact client confidence and lead efforts to define remediation strategies.
- Manage and track remediation activities related to business continuity and resilience risks.
- Provide guidance to teams performing BC/DR activities to ensure alignment with leading practices and client requirements.
- Develop and implement a strategy for an end-to-end BC/DR planning cycle with service line teams.
