Requirements

- Strong working knowledge of HR laws, policies, and standard practices is essential.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is necessary.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and facilitate HR activities for a defined population within the FSO Tax practice.
- Execute innovative HR programs aligned with the Talent strategy.
- Implement key processes such as performance management, compensation, and career development.
- Address a wide range of employee inquiries and advise business leaders on people-related matters.
- Gather and analyze data related to headcount, budgets, and compensation to identify trends and recommend actionable insights.
