Job description

The role of Technical Consultant - Manager at EY focuses on transforming business problems into technology solutions for clients in the Property and Casualty Insurance sector. The team is dedicated to implementing technology-enabled transformation programs, particularly using Guidewire systems. This position requires collaboration with diverse teams to enhance clients' operational efficiency and effectiveness. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Technology or a related field, with 5+ years of relevant work experience, or a master's degree with 3+ years of experience.
  • Previous application experience in Guidewire, OneShield, Exigen, MajescoMastek, DuckCreek, FirstBest, Business Objects, Cognos, or Informatica.
  • Proficiency in system selection and implementation, business and technical requirements definition, and application configuration/integration.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical writing and client presentations.
  • Ability to deliver system implementation through all phases of the project life cycle.

Responsibilities

  • Work directly with clients to transform their business problems into technology solutions.
  • Assist engagement teams through the analysis of specific business requirements for alignment with technology architecture.
  • Advise clients on business process services to identify, assess, manage, and measure organizational capabilities.
  • Collaborate with client engagement teams to foster an innovative and inclusive work environment.
  • Remain current on new developments in services capabilities and industry knowledge.
