Arcadis is seeking a Junior Civil Engineer to join their Design Engineering Team, focusing on civil design and stakeholder interaction. This role allows for remote work or office-based options across the U.S. The engineer will engage with local jurisdictions regarding permitting and design plans while contributing to projects that improve quality of life. • EIT license is required.
• Natural or acquired U.S. citizenship is necessary.
• Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related field is required.

• Provide design support on Industrial Infrastructure and Transit and Freight Rail projects throughout North America.
• Utilize a Design-Bid-Build or Design-Build approach when developing design documentation.
• Review regulations and standards to support technical studies, design, and permitting activities.
• Use engineering and design software to prepare analyses and documents.
• Prepare Issued for Construction plans, reports, specifications, and technical designs for civil/site and railroad projects.
• Conduct site inspections and attend jurisdictional or client meetings, with travel up to 15% within North America.
