Job description

The Senior Manager role in EY's Guidewire practice focuses on leading the delivery and optimization of Guidewire programs for clients in the insurance sector. This position requires a strong leader with extensive experience in Guidewire platforms and digital transformation. The team aims to provide strategic advisory services to insurers investing in technology-enabled transformations. The role emphasizes building senior client relationships and ensuring alignment with EY's quality standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Technology or a related field with 10+ years of relevant work experience, or a master's degree with 8+ years of equivalent experience.
  • A minimum of 5 years in a leadership role managing large, multi-workstream Guidewire or digital transformation programs.
  • Proficiency in Guidewire InsuranceSuite Platform and related technologies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical writing and executive-level presentations.
  • Ability to travel 50-75% on average based on client needs.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of large, multi-release Guidewire programs across multiple client engagements.
  • Define and own target-state architectures integrating core Guidewire applications and digital portals.
  • Drive market activation for EY's Guidewire services while building and sustaining senior client relationships.
  • Develop and operationalize reusable Guidewire assets and accelerators for the Guidewire Marketplace.
  • Mentor and develop top-performing teams while fostering a collaborative and inclusive culture.
