Arcadis is seeking a Staff Industrial Wastewater Engineer to join their Industrial Water team in Syracuse, NY. • Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Civil, Environmental, Mechanical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline
• 5 years of experience in industrial wastewater treatment engineering
• Experience with industrial wastewater treatment technologies including biological treatment, membrane systems, and filtration is highly desirable
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Proactive learning mindset and desire to develop technical and project responsibilities

• Contribute to the planning, design, and implementation of industrial wastewater treatment projects from concept development through commissioning and startup.
• Support the evaluation, design, and implementation of industrial wastewater treatment systems.
• Prepare engineering calculations, process analyses, technical reports, design documentation, and treatment system specifications.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, project managers, and subject matter experts to deliver high-quality projects safely, on schedule, and within budget.
• Support client engagements, site investigations, pilot studies, equipment selection, construction support, commissioning, and operational troubleshooting activities.
