As an operations analyst for CSC Cash Operations for Latam, the position focuses on enforcing compliance with internal strategies and regulatory requirements. The analyst will assess sanctions risk exposure and ensure adherence to global standards while managing and mitigating sanctions risks. Additionally, the role includes collaborating with various teams to enhance the sanctions program and support compliance efforts.

• Analyze alerts related to customers and transactions against the Sanction Screening list.
• Report unusual client activities that may relate to sanctioned individuals or money laundering.
• Conduct searches and record evidence from various internal and external sources.
• Accumulate facts from investigations for presentations to Senior Management and Compliance.
• Ensure all alert analysis and investigations are completed within the specified timeframe.
• Monitor adherence to Citi’s Global Sanctions Policy and stay updated on regulatory changes.
• Interact with relevant teams to raise awareness of Sanctions trends and issues.
• Assess risk when making business decisions, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations.
• Make recommendations for the design and maintenance of the Operations Sanctions Framework.
• Oversee adherence to procedures and processes to ensure compliance with policies.
• Support Internal Audit and regulators during Program exams and evaluations.
• Edit sanctions-related reference materials and support electronic record-keeping.
• Participate in sanctions training programs and perform additional duties as assigned.
