This role involves designing the next generation of fulfillment centers and logistics systems globally. The team seeks innovative engineers who will take ownership of complex projects from concept to design approval. Engineers will collaborate with internal and external teams, serving as the primary technical contact for suppliers. The position offers opportunities to work on high-impact projects in a fast-paced environment.

• 5+ years of experience in Design/Innovation, research & development, manufacturing, process, industrial engineering, or related experience.
• A Master's degree in Engineering, Operations, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience in management of engineering design projects.
• Knowledge of system architecture, optimization, system dynamics, and statistical analysis.
• Experience with complex automated material handling equipment and packaging technologies.
• Experience with design-in-safety and process design based on Lean Principles.

• Collaborate with internal and external teams to design high-quality, cost-effective solutions.
• Own multiple projects simultaneously from concept realization through design approval.
• Act as the primary technical contact for suppliers on assigned projects.
• Support the Ops Engineering team during the installation and commissioning of designed systems.
• Work on a variety of projects including green-fields, brown-fields, and retrofits.
