As a Director in EY-Parthenon’s Deals – Financial Diligence – Financial Services practice, you will play a crucial role in managing and executing financial due diligence projects. You will work closely with some of the largest financial services organizations and private equity funds, advising clients throughout the diligence lifecycle. The role requires a deep understanding of financial data analysis and the ability to identify key trends that impact business performance. You will also coach and develop junior staff while leveraging innovative technologies to enhance client service.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in Accounting and/or Finance and 5 years of related work experience, or a graduate degree and approximately 4 years of related work experience.
- Experience leading and managing teams to ensure high-quality analysis and timely report delivery.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate complex datasets into meaningful insights.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- The ability and willingness to travel and work beyond standard hours when necessary.
Responsibilities
- Manage and execute both buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence projects.
- Analyze historical financial data to identify key trends behind business performance.
- Discuss business performance and forecast assumptions with senior management at the client or target.
- Write reports detailing findings and recommendations regarding key financial and business issues in transactions.
- Coach and develop staff and senior associates to support their career development.
