The Chief of Staff at Qualcomm Technologies, Inc. will act as a strategic and operational partner to the SVP BU Engineering Lead for Data Center BU Engineering. This role focuses on driving execution across various engineering priorities, including AI, CPU, and custom silicon. The Chief of Staff will manage operating cadence, coordinate cross-functional execution, and ensure alignment among multiple stakeholders. Prior experience in a similar capacity within complex engineering environments is preferred.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, Marketing, or related field and 12+ years of business operations or related experience.
• Associate's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, Marketing, or related field and 14+ years of business operations or related experience.
• Master's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, Operations, or related field is preferred.
• 15+ years of experience in engineering operations, strategy, product/program execution, or business operations within semiconductor, cloud, AI, data center, or infrastructure environments.
• Strong technical and business acumen with the ability to operate across AI hardware, software platforms, CPU, networking, custom silicon, and hardware systems.

• Partner with the SVP BU Engineering Lead and the Data Center BU Engineering leadership team to define, prioritize, and execute strategic initiatives.
• Drive the operating rhythm for the organization, including leadership reviews and execution tracking.
• Act as a trusted point of coordination between the SVP BU Engineering Lead and key stakeholders.
• Lead high-priority cross-functional initiatives from concept through execution.
• Establish and manage key performance indicators and reporting mechanisms.
• Identify execution gaps and develop practical options to drive closure.
• Shape agendas and materials for key leadership forums and meetings.
• Coordinate with the SVP BU Engineering Lead’s administrative support to prioritize executive meetings and engagements.
• Evaluate risks across roadmap execution and provide recommendations for informed decisions.
