The Data Governance Foundation Lead Analyst plays a crucial role in shaping and modifying the Enterprise Data Governance Strategy and Data Risk Framework. This position requires a dynamic individual who can adapt to changing needs while managing multiple responsibilities. The analyst will work closely with various teams to ensure compliance with data governance policies and track data-related issues. Strong communication skills are essential for guiding and influencing stakeholders effectively.

• Bachelor's/University degree, Master's degree preferred
• 6+ years of relevant experience in Data Governance, Data Management, Process Engineering or related area
• Advanced understanding of Project Management methodologies and tools
• Basic commercial awareness
• Ability to monitor tight deadlines and anticipate stakeholder needs
• Effective communication skills for diverse audiences

• Partner with multiple teams to implement relevant Data Governance policies and Data Risk and Control framework.
• Provide expertise on Data Governance and Data Risk and Controls framework including design and performance monitoring.
• Oversee and analyze data-related issues, tracking ownership and associated metrics.
• Support business lines and global functions on enterprise Data Governance strategy roll out.
• Gather and synthesize metrics on existing Data Governance principles and practices.
• Produce recommendations for enterprise-wide guiding principles and policies.
• Determine requirements for and prioritize development of new enterprise-wide principles and practices.
• Develop and manage approach for measuring adoption of principles and policies.
