Job description
Amazon Supply Chain Services is seeking a Systems Development Engineer with a focus on Salesforce and AWS Development. This role involves identifying solutions to business requirements and designing complex integrations within the Salesforce architecture. The engineer will work closely with various teams to enhance Sales and Marketing workflows and drive connectivity across tools. The position requires a blend of technical expertise in Salesforce and AWS to develop scalable enterprise solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.
- 3+ years of Salesforce development experience using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning component frameworks, triggers, batch apex, and Salesforce APIs.
- Experience programming with at least one modern language such as Python, Ruby, Golang, Java, C++, C#, or Rust.
- Experience with Linux/Unix.
- Experience with CI/CD pipeline build processes.
- Salesforce Certified Application Architect or System Architect or equivalent experience.
Responsibilities
- Architect, design, and build scalable, flexible, and integrated solutions for Sales, Marketing, and operations teams.
- Work closely with product/program managers to define problems and provide solutions using Salesforce and AWS services.
- Simplify and reinvent systems, processes, and tools to improve Sales experiences.
- Collaborate with tech leaders to define strategy, vision, and roadmap for cloud technology solutions.
- Define technical initiatives to drive cost optimization across CRM and AWS environments.
- Manage configuration and coding of new and existing Salesforce features.
