Requirements
- 5+ years of design and innovation, research and development work experience
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a foreign equivalent
- Experience in management of engineering design projects
- Experience using business or technical software like MS Excel, MS Project, and CAD software
- Master's degree in Engineering, Operations, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
- Knowledge of system architecture, optimization, and statistical analysis
- Experience with complex automated material handling equipment and packaging technologies
- Experience with design-in-safety
Responsibilities
- Own multiple standards and specifications simultaneously
- Design high-quality, cost-effective fulfillment and distribution solutions
- Serve as a technical expert to design teams and stakeholders
- Ensure designs meet requirements throughout the project lifecycle
- Verify successful installation, commissioning, and launch of systems
