Requirements

- Alternatively, a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering, or related field and 6 years of experience as a Manufacturing or Quality Engineer, or related position.
Responsibilities
- Identify and implement advanced manufacturing processes and technologies.
- Manage projects in a cross-functional environment and lead matrixed teams.
- Utilize mechanical engineering tools to resolve systemic manufacturing problems.
- Lead initiatives to improve safety, quality, delivery, cost, and environmental metrics.
- Select and procure manufacturing equipment that meets specifications.
- Optimize manufacturing processes by integrating new technologies.
