Requirements

  • Alternatively, a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering, or related field and 6 years of experience as a Manufacturing or Quality Engineer, or related position.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and implement advanced manufacturing processes and technologies.
  • Manage projects in a cross-functional environment and lead matrixed teams.
  • Utilize mechanical engineering tools to resolve systemic manufacturing problems.
  • Lead initiatives to improve safety, quality, delivery, cost, and environmental metrics.
  • Select and procure manufacturing equipment that meets specifications.
  • Optimize manufacturing processes by integrating new technologies.
