As a Qualcomm AI Software Engineer, you will develop and implement advanced machine learning techniques to enhance the Qualcomm AI Stack features within the Qualcomm AI Runtime SDK. This role focuses on optimizing the performance of generative AI models on Snapdragon platforms and requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver robust AI software solutions. You will also be responsible for debugging complex issues and contributing to a culture of technical excellence within the AI Software team. This position offers the opportunity to work independently while influencing key organizational decisions.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience with Machine Learning frameworks such as Tensor Flow, Caffe, Caffe 2, Pytorch, or Keras.
• 5+ years of experience in embedded system development and optimization related to machine learning.
• 5+ years of experience with programming languages suitable for machine learning, including Python, R, C, or C++.
• 5+ years of experience using statistics and probability.
• 3+ years of experience working in a large matrixed organization.
• 2+ years of experience with low-level interactions between operating systems and hardware.
• 1+ year in a technical leadership role.
• 1+ year of work experience requiring interaction with senior leadership.

• Develop software for the Qualcomm AI Stack SDKs to support the execution of generative AI models.
• Validate, analyze, and optimize the performance and accuracy of software through detailed testing.
• Debug complex issues and perform root cause analysis to ensure high system reliability.
