Requirements
- 1–3 years of professional design experience, preferably within financial services, corporate marketing, or an agency environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.
- A portfolio of designer's work as a weblink or PDF is required.
- Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, including Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
- Advanced proficiency in Figma for layout design and prototyping.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Word.
- Exceptional attention to detail to handle complex financial data and regulatory disclosures.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a team player attitude.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with marketing strategists to brainstorm and design visually compelling campaigns and digital assets.
- Design high-fidelity web banners, social media graphics, and email assets for business focus campaigns.
- Translate complex financial data into clean and easy-to-understand infographics.
- Update, format, and maintain existing marketing collateral and product materials.
- Create header images and data visualizations for webpages to support content and product teams.
- Design cohesive visual assets for high-profile client events and conferences.
- Refine and format high-stakes PowerPoint presentations to ensure brand consistency.
