• BS degree and 3 years of work experience or MS degree and 2 years of work experience in a technical field.
• Advanced degree in Engineering or Physical Sciences is preferred.
• Strong leadership, critical thinking, communication, and analytical skills are essential.
• A track record for leading teams through influence rather than direct reporting line is required.
• Curiosity and a disposition towards learning fast beyond immediate knowledge span are important.

• Manage high-priority escalations and drive continuous improvement in the escalation process.
