NVIDIA is looking for a Senior Technical Sourcing Lead to enhance its Hardware Sourcing team. This role involves collaborating with recruiters and hiring managers to create effective sourcing strategies aimed at attracting top talent. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical sourcing, particularly for hardware-related roles, and will be responsible for building a diverse candidate pipeline. • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition.
• 5+ years of technical sourcing expertise for hardware related roles.
• 2+ years of experience in leading, mentoring, and coaching a team of sourcers or recruiters.
• Proficient in direct sourcing using LinkedIn and other recruiting tools.
• Deep knowledge of sourcing for building chip teams, specifically ASIC/Verification and VLSI.
• Experience using sourcing tools, technologies, and platforms.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and networking skills.
• Self-motivated with strong time management and organization skills.
• Creative problem solver in sourcing and recruiting passive talent.

• Partner with recruiters and the business to develop an inclusive candidate pool pipeline.
• Work with engineering leaders and recruiters to define and maintain hiring needs.
• Identify prospects through strong research using sourcing platforms and targeted networking.
• Execute on tactical outreach and craft custom outreach messaging.
• Screen prospective candidates to ensure a remarkable candidate experience.
