The Audio-Visual (AV) Tech Refresh Program Manager will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of AV and video conferencing technology refresh projects across Apple's global locations. This role is part of the Employee Experience and Productivity (EEP) team within the Information Systems and Technology (IS&T) organization. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in AV technologies and program management, ensuring high-quality AV experiences for employees. The position requires strategic thinking and the ability to manage complex programs with multiple stakeholders.

• 5+ years of experience in program or project management, with a focus on AV technology deployments.
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
• BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Deep understanding of current and emerging AV technologies, including video conferencing systems, display technologies, audio systems, and control systems.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and motivate cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with vendor management and procurement processes.
• Ability to identify and mitigate project risks and issues proactively.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• PMP, CTS, or other relevant certifications are a plus.
