Job description

The WW Sales Transformation Business Process Analyst role at Apple focuses on optimizing sales processes and technology solutions within the Worldwide Sales Business Transformation group. This position requires a strategic problem solver who excels at cross-functional execution and is responsible for leading end-to-end projects that enhance content tech capabilities. The analyst will bridge the gap between business stakeholders and engineering teams, translating complex business needs into actionable technical requirements. The ultimate goal is to drive sales, improve customer experience, and innovate sales operations.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 8+ years of experience in a business analyst, project management, or program management role.
  • Ability to understand and explain complex business processes, systems, and tools.
  • Foundational understanding of AI/ML concepts and collaboration with relevant teams.
  • Deep expertise in SDLC project management and business analysis.
  • Proven analytical skills to investigate data and identify solution options.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Prior experience in a sales, marketing, or enterprise technology environment is preferred.
  • Expertise in enterprise content platforms such as CMS, DAM, and PIM.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
  • Master's Degree is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage strategic projects within the Sales Transformation portfolio.
  • Partner closely with sales leaders and stakeholders to understand business challenges.
  • Translate business objectives and requirements into functional specifications and user stories.
  • Facilitate workshops and present findings to ensure alignment across the organization.
  • Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Monitor project progress and implement mitigation strategies for risks and issues.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within sales operations.
  • Support change management activities, including communication plans and training materials.
  • Define key performance indicators and track post-implementation performance.
