• BS in Computer Science or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of mobile or application development experience
• Strong computer science fundamentals
• Experience with iOS and Swift is a plus, but proficiency in another platform is acceptable
• Experience in developing software for human-AI interaction
• Familiarity with one or more iOS/macOS domains such as system services, UI frameworks, concurrent application architecture, or performance optimization

• Collaborate with engineers, designers, and researchers to develop AI features from prototype to product
• Take ownership of larger pieces of software development end-to-end
• Build projects from scratch, whether side projects, hackathons, or independently shipped apps
• Investigate and resolve challenges by digging into source code, building prototypes, or asking questions
• Communicate effectively across teams and work well with others
• Experiment with AI tools and explore their impact on coding practices
• Seek feedback and rapidly learn from peers
• Stay informed about new AI models and techniques, contributing to discussions on the future of human-AI interaction
