• Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field and 8 years of experience in relevant positions.
• Alternatively, a Bachelor's degree in the stated fields and 10 years of specified progressive, post-baccalaureate experience.
• 2 years of experience in credit data initiatives, management, decisioning, and risk assessment.
• Experience in product planning and lifecycle management.
• Knowledge of institutional lending and credit workflows.
• Experience in creating user training and change management strategies.
• Familiarity with system design and data architecture.
• Experience in process design and product management.

• Lead strategic and tactical credit data initiatives for Wholesale Lending.
• Assist with the development of new products and features based on market research and client needs.

• Conceptualize, plan, prioritize, and coordinate design and delivery of products or features.
• Devise processes and solutions to mitigate risks and improve controls.
• Maintain communication with stakeholders, users, functional support, and technologists.
