Job description

Apple is seeking an experienced Engineering Program Manager to lead Analog and Mixed-Signal IP programs within the silicon organization. This role focuses on driving the end-to-end development of high-speed AMS IPs, including Data Converters, PLLs, and SerDes. The successful candidate will work across various teams to ensure quality, schedule, and successful delivery of products. A strong background in AMS IP design and leadership in high-reliability environments is essential.

Requirements

  • BS in Electrical Engineering or Electrical and Computer Engineering
  • 10+ years of relevant experience in AMS IP design or design engineering management
  • Extensive hands-on design expertise in AMS IPs for SerDes, LPDDR, HBM, PLLs, and/or LDOs
  • Proven leadership in delivering high-reliability AMS IPs for data center infrastructure at scale
  • Demonstrated ability to define and drive multi-generational IP roadmaps
  • Established track record of executive-level influence and stakeholder management
  • Deep expertise in advanced EDA tools and SoC integration

Responsibilities

  • Drive the end-to-end development of high-speed AMS IPs from early concept through mass production
  • Ensure quality, schedule, and successful delivery across the System-on-Chip portfolio
  • Serve as the connective tissue across various teams including SoC Integration, IC Design, and Software
  • Define test structure requirements and establish robust testing methodologies
  • Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and align cross-functional stakeholders
  • Manage proactive risk and real-time crisis leadership in high-complexity programs
