Apple is seeking an experienced Engineering Program Manager to lead Analog and Mixed-Signal (AMS) IP programs within the silicon organization. This role focuses on driving the end-to-end development of high-speed AMS IPs, ensuring quality and successful delivery across the System-on-Chip (SoC) portfolio. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AMS IP design and management, with a proven track record in delivering high-reliability AMS IPs. Collaboration across various teams and effective communication will be critical for success in this position.

• BS in Electrical Engineering or Electrical and Computer Engineering
• 10+ years of relevant experience in AMS IP design or design engineering management
• Extensive hands-on design expertise in AMS IPs for SerDes, LPDDR, HBM, PLLs, and/or LDOs
• Proven leadership in delivering high-reliability AMS IPs for data center infrastructure at scale
• Demonstrated ability to define and drive multi-generational IP roadmaps
• Established track record of executive-level influence and stakeholder management
• Deep expertise in advanced EDA tools and IP development methodologies
• History of proactive risk management and real-time crisis leadership

• Drive the end-to-end development of high-speed AMS IPs from early concept through mass production
• Ensure quality, schedule, and successful delivery across the System-on-Chip portfolio
• Serve as the connective tissue across SoC Integration, IC Design, SoC PD, SoC DV, CAD, Software, Hardware, and Legal
• Define test structure requirements and establish robust testing methodologies
• Ensure all technical and compliance gates are met on schedule
• Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and align diverse cross-functional stakeholders
