Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering or 3+ years of equivalent industry experience
- Extensive experience architecting, building, and maintaining mission-critical distributed systems at large scales
- Deep understanding of distributed systems fundamentals and trade-offs in consistency, latency, and throughput
- Experience using generative AI tools throughout the software development lifecycle
- Deep hands-on software development expertise with Java or Kotlin and Spring
- Strong experience designing for containerization and orchestration, such as Docker and Kubernetes
- Significant time spent architecting, building, and operating cloud-native applications with resilience and self-healing features
- Expertise in designing robust CI/CD pipelines and defining infrastructure as code
- Extensive experience with observability strategies and tools like Prometheus and Grafana
- Hands-on experience optimizing SQL/NoSQL databases for scale
