As an Amazon Robotics Mechanical Engineer, you will be part of a dynamic team focused on developing innovative custom hardware tools for robotic solutions. Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, material science, physics or equivalent.
- Knowledge of engineering practices and patterns for the full software/hardware/networks development life cycle.
- Experience with hardware/software integration and real-time systems.
Responsibilities
- Work with a cross-functional team to execute tool designs from concept to production.
- Collaborate with Operations, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Quality organizations to ensure a smooth tool launch.
- Write functional specifications, design verification plans, and functional test procedures.
- Exhibit thorough engineering analysis and cradle to grave ownership.
