Job description
The Business Analyst role within the Americas Logistics team at Apple focuses on enhancing supply chain intelligence through analytics and automation. Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics/Statistics, Engineering, Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- 3 or more years of experience in advanced analytics or relevant operations.
- Proficient in analyzing large, complex datasets using SQL/Python.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as ThoughtSpot, Tableau, or Power BI.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts.
Responsibilities
- Become an authority on logistics exception KPIs and complexity to optimize operations.
- Automate routine reporting using Python-based data pipelines.
- Use AI-assisted tools to speed up routine analysis and summarize findings.
- Build data-driven models that support key business decisions.
- Aggregate logistics insights across the Americas to influence operational decisions.
- Lead process and system improvements backed by data analysis.
- Build measurement frameworks to improve customer and operational experience.
- Drive standardization of team deliverables and reporting.
- Lead or participate in cross-functional teams to resolve business or systems issues.
