• Bachelor’s Degree in engineering, construction management, or a related technical field.

• Serve as a resident project engineer or inspector for local Water clients.
• Draft construction work orders and review construction plans for quantity takeoffs.
• Conduct field investigations in support of construction project development.
• Coordinate with City agencies, contractors, and third parties in the preparation of construction assignments.
• Support the construction team to ensure that all work is performed in accordance with approved specifications and client quality standards.
• Prepare meeting agendas and meeting minutes.
• Perform warranty inspections for completed projects.
