Arcadis is seeking a Senior Roadway Design Engineer to join their Mobility team in Houston, TX. This role involves overseeing the quality of civil engineering work and ensuring client satisfaction while managing project profitability. • 8+ years of progressive highway design experience, with at least 3 years of roadway design lead experience on TxDOT projects
• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field
• Texas PE
• TxDOT precertification

• Direct the development of final design construction plans for highway and roadway projects.
• Lead, manage, and perform assignments to take 30 percent schematic design plans through preliminary and final design.
• Prepare roadway and highway design using local or AASHTO standards while developing roadway plan and profile sheets.
• Develop project scopes and budgets, interfacing with clients and mentoring junior staff.
• Assist on other projects as needed and collaborate with other Arcadis offices.
