The Loan Doc & Proc Lead Analyst is a strategic professional responsible for managing loan documentation and processing within a complex operations environment. This role requires advanced analytical skills and the ability to influence and guide colleagues and clients. The individual will oversee the daily performance of loan documentation processes and ensure the integrity of operations. They will also provide support to various internal and external clients while leading projects and identifying areas for process improvement.

• 6-10 years of experience in loan documentation and processing.
• Bachelor’s/University degree, Master’s degree preferred.
• Reasonable knowledge of Business Processes, Systems and Tools used in the Loan Process.
• Demonstrate understanding of Loan Processes, Procedures, Products and Services.
• Adequate ability to identify, mitigate, manage, resolve, and escalate risks and issues.
• Awareness of risk types, policies and control measures and processes.

• Manage preparing and reviewing loan documentation while providing support to a variety of tasks related to the loan process.
• Independently process and close loans within a complex loan operations environment.
• Oversee the daily performance of the loan documentation processes to satisfactory completion of the daily operational cycle.
• Develop and exercise business plans, policies and procedures, and lead projects offering innovative solutions.
• Stay abreast of developments within the loan documentation/processing function and consider the impact to the business.
• Ensure volume, quality, timeliness and delivery of complex deliverables related to loan documentation processes.
• Conduct detailed analysis of loan related issues and recommend actions.
• Support a wide range of internal and external clients by assessing service quality and identifying areas for improvement.
• Define, develop, implement and track appropriate margin related KPIs and SLAs for the group.
• Assume informal/formal leadership role within the team and provide guidance to junior staff.
