The Design Engineering team at Worldwide Engineering & Innovation is seeking an innovative engineering project leader to develop next-generation sortation and transportation systems. This role will significantly impact design and process engineering for Sub Same Day and North American Sort Centers. The ideal candidate will lead projects in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with internal and external teams to create high-quality solutions. This position offers a high level of ownership in solving complex problems and designing systems that utilize advanced technologies.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Design/Innovation, research & development, manufacturing, process, or industrial engineering.
• Master's degree in Engineering, Operations, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience in managing engineering design projects.
• Knowledge of system architecture, optimization, and statistical analysis.
• Experience with complex automated material handling equipment and design-in-safety.

• Lead and coordinate design and innovation efforts for sortation and transportation networks.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to generate cost-effective solutions.
• Simultaneously manage multiple projects while effectively communicating with business partners.
• Provide technical leadership for large-scale engineering projects.
• Execute the vision and detailed roadmap to make compelling business cases to senior executives.
