Job description
The Business Insights Analyst role at Apple Store Online focuses on enhancing the performance of Apple's largest store through data-driven insights. This position is part of the Workforce Strategy & Analytics group, where the analyst will develop metrics, analyses, and data solutions to support operational teams. The role requires a blend of business curiosity, analytical skills, and technical execution to translate complex data into actionable insights. The analyst will collaborate with experienced teammates to maintain KPIs and reporting infrastructure that drive accountability and improve decision-making.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Business Intelligence, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field, or 5+ years of equivalent professional experience in analytics.
- Experience contributing to the development of KPIs or operational metrics.
- Strong SQL proficiency and working experience with Python or equivalent scripting for data analysis.
- Demonstrated ability to engage with business partners and translate operational needs into analytical requirements.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deliverables simultaneously.
