• 5+ years of related M&A experience
• Proven track record of managing technical activities on M&A integration projects in a global environment
• Clear understanding of networking, e-mail, web server, DNS, and domain technologies
• BA/BS degree or equivalent preferred
• PMP or other project management certification is a plus
• Exceptional problem solving and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts to all levels of personnel
