This role focuses on enriching data with business context to produce insights that enable intelligent decisions within Apple's Information Systems and Technology (IS&T) organization. As part of the Employee Productivity & Support Data Science team, you will improve technical support delivery to employees by analyzing data and building dashboards. The position requires close collaboration with support leaders to translate challenges into analytical work and deliver actionable findings. You will utilize SQL, Tableau, and AI tools to model data and present insights to stakeholders.

• Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of relevant experience in data analytics, business intelligence, data science, or a related quantitative field, or a Master's degree with 2+ years of relevant experience.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience writing SQL to extract, transform, and analyze data from large, multi-source datasets.
• 3+ years of experience building dashboards and visualizations in Tableau, Looker, or equivalent.
• 3+ years of experience in Python or R for data manipulation and analysis.
• 3+ years of experience working with IT support data, including ticketing systems and contact center platforms.
• 3+ years of experience delivering analytical work in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities.

• Pull and prepare data from multiple systems to support the IS&T Support organization.
• Build and maintain analytical assets such as dashboards, reports, and ad-hoc analyses.
• Conduct analyses to identify trends and anomalies in support operations.
• Work directly with support leaders to understand their challenges and translate them into analytical work.
• Present findings to stakeholders at various levels in a clear and actionable manner.
• Utilize AI tools to accelerate analytical work and improve operational efficiency.
