• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Accounting, Finance, or equivalent experience.
• 5–10 years of relevant experience in software development.
• 3+ years of experience leading development teams using Agile/Lean practices.
• Experience in designing and delivering modern engineering solutions using Microsoft technology stack and AI technologies.
• Experience managing vendors and service providers.

• Partner with Product Owners to design, plan, build, operate, and continuously improve AI-augmented products.
• Own delivery outcomes including quality, reliability, performance, and long-term maintainability.
• Lead development teams to deliver secure, scalable, and cloud-native solutions.
• Drive the responsible adoption of generative AI and advanced analytics in product development.
• Ensure AI solutions follow Responsible AI principles including security, privacy, and compliance.
