Requirements
- 8+ years of strong work experience in precision assembly, inspection, and validation.
- 2+ years of management experience.
- Bachelor's degree in an Engineering field.
- Meaningful experience in introducing products into manufacturing or high volume production.
- Excellent project management skills and experience working in a matrix organization.
- Direct experience leading functional engineering teams such as ME, EE, TE, or DFX.
- Ability to travel internationally up to 40%.
- Validated working experience with DFm and DFx.
