The position requires collaboration across various teams to ensure quality and timely delivery of projects. Candidates should have a strong background in AMS IP design and management, along with excellent communication and leadership skills.

Requirements

  • BS in Electrical Engineering or Electrical and Computer Engineering

  • Proven leadership in delivering high-reliability AMS IPs for data center infrastructure
  • Demonstrated ability to define and drive multi-generational IP roadmaps
  • Established track record of executive-level influence and stakeholder management
  • Deep expertise in advanced EDA tools and IP development methodologies

Responsibilities

  • Drive the end-to-end development of high-speed AMS IPs from early concept through mass production
  • Serve as the connective tissue across SoC Integration, IC Design, SoC PD, SoC DV, CAD, Software, Hardware, and Legal
  • Define test structure requirements and establish robust testing methodologies
  • Ensure all technical and compliance gates are met on schedule
  • Distill complex technical information into clear communication for stakeholders
  • Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and align diverse cross-functional stakeholders

Benefits

  • Employees at Apple are often offered comprehensive benefits that support physical and mental well-being—flexible medical plans, confidential counseling, onsite wellness centers at major campuses, and resources for fitness and daily life. Families typically receive fertility support, paid parental leave with gradual return, caregiving leave, and dependent-care guidance, while financial perks commonly include stock grants (with purchase discounts), 401(k) matching, and income-protection coverage.
