• 6+ years of development experience in Java
• A consistent track record of shipping high-quality, consumer-facing apps or backend services
• Experience with cloud infrastructure, privacy/security, and API design is a plus
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills with a bias for collaborative problem-solving
• Familiarity with RAG systems and Vector DBs
• Interest in AI/ML and agentic user experience is highly desirable
