Requirements
- Typically requires 7+ years of experience in program management, project management, or a similar role.
- Experience leading large scale complex global programs and cross-functional initiatives within sales or operations organizations.
- Demonstrated experience leading the end-to-end lifecycle of sales enablement and CRM projects, utilizing agile methodologies.
- Proven ability to drive AI/ML and process automation initiatives.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Exceptional organizational skills and expertise in agile methodologies and project management tools.
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills.

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Master's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
- Relevant project management or agile certifications are a plus.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage strategic programs within the Sales BPR portfolio.
- Define and execute program strategy, translating business needs into project roadmaps.
- Partner closely with sales leadership and other stakeholders to understand business challenges.
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of complex sales enablement projects.
- Analyze current implementations to identify optimization opportunities.
- Translate high-level business objectives into functional specifications and process diagrams.
- Manage product and program roadmaps, project backlogs, timelines, resources, and budgets.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to ensure alignment across partners.
- Apply agile principles to project delivery and foster continuous improvement.
- Leverage a deep understanding of technology trends and data-driven decision-making.
