• 4+ years of working in mechanical engineering or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of working in simulation engineering or equivalent experience
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field
• Experience with simulation software in a manufacturing environment
• Knowledge of SolidWorks simulation or Ansys Finite Element analysis tools
• Experience with Tecnomatix Plant Simulation or similar discrete event simulation software
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or C++
• Background in lean manufacturing or continuous improvement methodologies

• Create and validate high-fidelity 3D models using plant simulation software to analyze production capacity and optimize facility layouts.
• Develop detailed process simulations to verify assembly sequences and validate ergonomics.
• Conduct comprehensive simulation studies to evaluate and optimize manufacturing processes.
• Partner with process engineering teams to validate new production processes through virtual modeling.
• Perform scenario planning and sensitivity analyses to support operational improvement initiatives.
• Generate data-driven recommendations through simulation outputs to enhance manufacturing efficiency.
• Develop and maintain simulation best practices and templates to improve team productivity.
