The Senior Stormwater Engineer will lead stormwater planning, design, and construction documentation for various projects in Oregon and southwestern Washington. This role involves engaging with clients and driving business development from the downtown Portland office. The engineer will focus on creating sustainable and resilient stormwater infrastructure while collaborating with other water, transportation, and architectural projects. This position offers the opportunity to work on innovative stormwater-focused projects and contribute to community-centered solutions.

• Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering or Landscape Architecture.
• 10+ years of experience in hydrologic and hydraulic analysis, stormwater design, and watershed modeling.
• Strong experience with CAD design software, specifically AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• PE license is required.
• Experience in developing contract documents, including plans, specifications, and cost estimates.

• Lead stormwater analysis and design, including hydrologic and hydraulic modeling for various projects.
• Prepare and manage stormwater reports and construction documents from concept to final stages.
• Communicate designs and technical information effectively to clients and stakeholders.
• Mentor early- and mid-career staff while overseeing design tasks.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients in Oregon and southwestern Washington.
