• A bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, information systems management, accounting, finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4+ years of post-bachelor's work experience, with at least 2 years in a relevant role at a financial services company or as a consultant.
• Strong technology project management background with experience in enterprise change and technology management.
• Broad knowledge of the IT function and how IT enables business through effective strategic planning and governance.
• Experience in project delivery including configurations, release management, and change management.

• Support projects for Technology Change Delivery, either on a standalone workstream or for multiple elements within a client engagement.
• Deliver high-quality work products within expected timeframes and on budget.
• Assist in monitoring project progress, identifying and escalating risks/issues, and keeping key stakeholders informed.
• Build client relationships and foster an innovative culture within the team.
• Mentor junior consultants and actively participate in sales programs and practice development activities.
